We collect only the personal information necessary for administration of your membership of the association of the ESU Loire Valley. The details are held in order to establish and maintain a list of current members, together with past members and those having registered an interest in the ESU.
This information is available exclusively to members of “The Bureau” (the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Treasurer and Secretary) or a member of the committee duly authorised by our chairman. We do not share your data with anyone else.
Your personal information is not collected or stored on this website.
In accordance with the law “informatique et libertés” of 06/01/1978, modified 25/5/2018, you have a right to access and amend any information that concerns you. Should you wish to take advantage of this law, to obtain the information held in your name you are invited to address the Secretary of ESU Loire Valley.
If no contact is received by the ESU Loire Valley during 3 consecutive years, your details will be removed from our spread sheet. This operation will be carried out annually by our secretary when updating the membership in the first quarter of each year.
Our secretary or committee members, having obtained the authorisation of our Chairman to consult, update or modify your information, will not communicate the information to another member unless she or he has previously obtained the consent of the member, as indicated on Membership Application forms.
The only information that may be retained in cookies that reside on your computer, phone or tablet, is in use of the Social Media buttons, e.g. “Facebook”.
